IWA Membership and HIC/LIC Classification
Authors do not need to be members of IWA to participate the conference. However, IWA members have access to a series of benefits that include significant registration discounts. Also, IWA members benefit such as receiving The Source Magazine and further discounts on IWA publications and all IWA events.
IWA operates a High / Low Income Country classification for its membership and registration fees. The HIC/LIC classification is based on your country of residence and not on your country of origin. Please consult the IWA Country Classification table to verify your HIC/LIC status.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations and/or modifications must be sent by e-mail to administration@iwa-ad19.com. Cancellations received after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation/modification before May 9, 2026: refund minus 10% due to processing and administrative fees
- Cancellation after May 9, 2026 – no refund
