Venue Welcome Reception

Welcome
Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held at the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, València’s iconic opera house and one of the most striking landmarks within the City of Arts and Sciences of València. Designed by architect Santiago Calatrava, this neofuturistic structure rises more than 70 meters above its surroundings, forming the silhouette of a monumental sculpture that has become a symbol of the city.

Opened in 2005, the Palau is home to the Orchestra of the Valencian Community and hosts world-class opera, ballet, and music performances across its four major auditoriums. Its interiors combine cutting-edge technology, exceptional acoustics, and bold architectural design—featuring spaces that range from intimate chamber halls to one of the world’s largest opera stages, complete with panoramic terraces overlooking the Turia Gardens and València’s modern skyline.

Surrounded by reflecting pools, palm-lined terraces, and the futuristic landscape of the City of Arts and Sciences of València, the venue offers a spectacular setting to connect with colleagues and experience the creative spirit of València. Join us for an unforgettable Welcome Reception—where innovation, culture, and architectural beauty come together to inspire.
